Who Laughs in Their Sleep?! Plus Carrie and Kelly Clarkson's $15K Bird

episode 4. we got the flu, watched literally everything, and now we have notes. it opens with one of us laughing in his sleep like a cartoon bank robber (very typical man behavior, apparently), and then it's straight into the sick week binge.

the big one is Carrie: Mike Flanagan's new Prime Video series vs. the 1976 original and the 2013 remake, whether Emaline ruined the ending, and why nobody gave Carrie a buddy on her first day. then Buddy, the murderous orange unicorn movie, East of Eden (was Cathy just a sociopath?), Mother Mary, aka the wicked press tour as a movie, the Unabomber movie and the MKUltra rabbit hole, and Tony, the young Anthony Bourdain movie, plus our rule that a gross bathroom means a disgusting kitchen.

also: restaurant booth discourse, Kelly Clarkson vs. the $15,000 robot bird at Art of Play, Celebrity Traitors UK vs. US (and New Blood), a Love Is Blind breakup, the Ultimate Girls Trip super bowl of housewives, hypocrisy and bullshit, Bronwyn's railings, and why Below was fucking wild. spoilers ahead, obviously.

the hosts' commentary and opinions, for entertainment. not statements of fact about anyone in it.
